Doors open at 6 pm. No early admittance. Winery will be closing at 4:30 pm on days of the Appreciation Dinner.

Spring mix with cranberries, pecans, mandarin segments, grapes, tossed in an orange dijon dressing.

Braised Short Rib
Braised short ribs with a red wine demi glaze served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Dessert
Apple tart with vanilla ice cream
